Harvest Valley Youth

ignite. empower. equip.

At Harvest Valley Youth, our mission is to ignite a passion for Jesus in the hearts of middle and high school students.

We want to empower them to build their lives on the solid foundation of Christ's love and example, equipping them to navigate the unique challenges of their generation with faith and confidence.

Are you ready to take your faith to the next level? We know that navigating this season of life can be a wild ride, but we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

New to HVC Youth?

Everything you need to know before your first visit. Whether you're a student or a parent, we're here to help make your first night easy and welcoming.

  • Why should I come?

Because life is better when you don't do it alone. Youth Group is a place to build real friendships, discover who God created you to be, and grow in your faith alongside other students who are learning to follow Jesus too.

  • What if I don't know anyone? Can I bring a friend?

You won't be the only one. Every student was new once, and our leaders and students work hard to help everyone feel welcome. Come as you are.

Absolutely, we'd love for you to bring a friend. Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, bringing a friend is a great way to experience Youth Group together.

  • Do I have to be a Christian? What if I've never read the Bible?

Not at all. Youth Group is a place to explore faith, ask honest questions, and learn more about Jesus. You don't have to have everything figured out before you come.

  • Is it okay if I'm struggling?

Yes. No one has it all together. Youth Group is a safe place to be honest about life's challenges and find encouragement, hope, and community.

  • What happens at Youth Group?

Every week looks a little different, but you can expect fun, time to connect with friends, engaging teaching from the Bible, and opportunities to grow in your faith.

  • What ages come? Is there food? What should I wear?

Youth Group is open to all students in 6th-12th grade. We'd love to have you, whether you've been attending church for years or have never been before.

Snacks or food are offered at many of our events, and we'll let you know when something special is planned.

As for what to wear, come in whatever you're comfortable in. We'd love to meet you.

  • Are the leaders safe to talk to?

Absolutely. Our leaders are caring adults who are passionate about helping students grow in their faith. Every leader completes background checks and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment.

  • Can my parents stay if they're nervous?

Of course! We understand that visiting somewhere new can feel like a big step. Parents are always welcome to meet our leaders, ask questions, and help their student feel comfortable before heading home.

  • Does it cost anything?

Youth Group is free! Some special events may require registration or have a cost, and we'll share those details in advance.
