Your baby will experience personal care from our team. We keep our nursery rooms ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys that are thoroughly cleaned. We also take time to love and pray for your baby each week.

In preschool, children start to engage more with their church experience, so we help them interact and build their faith through stories, crafts, and songs that give them Biblical truths. We also help them continue creating and developing relationships with others.

Every weekend, kids come to a Harvest Valley Kids service where they experience dynamic worship and Biblical teaching. Together, they learn about the Bible and how to have a relationship with God, memorize Scripture, and have fun developing friendships with each other.

First-Time Visitors

On your first visit, we will need the following information for each child to create their profile in our secure check-in system:

• parent/legal guardian names
• child's names and birthdates
• address
• phone number
• any special instructions (allergies, special needs)

Weekly Check-In

When dropping off your kids, you and your child will each get a sticker with a matching code in order to enter our secure area. The only individuals allowed in our kids spaces are parents who have a check in tag and children who have been checked in.

If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, we will send a text message to your phone.

Pick Up Process

1. Show you security tag to re-enter the kids area
2. Collect your child
3. Check-out by showing your security tag to the team member at the exit

We take the safety of your child serioiusly. All of our Harvest Valley Kids Team pass a background check as a part of our approval process. We also have our own safety team which works to secure our facility and control access into and out of our Kids Ministry spaces.

Items to Note:

• When you check in, you will receive a security tag that matches the tags placed on your children.
• Only children wearing tags and a parent holding a security tag will be allowed in for drop-off.
• Only one adult with a security tag is allowed back in for pick-up. Please have your tag ready to show the team member at the door.
• Children will only be released from the Kids Ministry spaces to an adult who is in posession of a matching security tag.

We don’t change diapers in the nursery. If a child needs a diaper change, you will be notified (see Notifications During the Service below).

Need a quiet, private space to feed your little one? The Nursing Mother’s area is available to mother's who are nursing. This private space is located near the restrooms.
