Terry Parkman is passionate about raising up Spirit-empowered leaders who know their God-given purpose and are ready to step into it.
Terry serves as the Global Lead for Empowered21 NextGen and Global NextGen Ambassador for OneHope. He is also the Global Ministries Pastor at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, where he oversees missions, leadership, and global expansion. With more than 20 years in ministry and a doctorate in Missiology, Terry speaks around the world about leadership, generational shifts, and the future of the Church. He lives in the Minneapolis area with his wife, Christina, and their daughters, Avalie and Nova.
