Lexi Thies

Hi! I’m Lexi! I’m a Sioux Falls, SD native, but Fargo feels just as much like home after my time at NDSU, where I studied Human Development and Family Sciences with a Child Development emphasis.

I’ve always been passionate about understanding people — especially how God designed us — and when I met Him at 19, that passion turned into a calling I hadn’t even noticed was there. I honestly hadn’t expected to be in full-time ministry, much less worship ministry, but the Lord opened doors and made it clear I was meant to be here!

My husband (as of June!), Ethan, says I’m spunky, caring, joyful, intentional, and encouraging. Some of my giftings include loving people well, organizing details, following the Lord’s lead, and helping foster a space where others can connect with Him in worship.

When I’m not at church, you’ll probably find me at the gym, spending time with friends, soaking up the sunshine, or turning a moment into a song! Oh — a fun fact: my full name is Alexia, but I prefer Lexi!



My heart for people is simple: I want everyone to experience the freedom, peace, and transformation that I’ve found in Jesus.
