Mike is a husband, leader, and problem solver who built his career in the automotive industry the old-fashioned way—through grit, hard work, and a forward-thinking mindset. A farm kid with no college degree, he carved his own path, embracing every challenge along the way. Now in Fargo, he’s still doing what he does best—leading, learning, and growing through it all as a follower of Jesus.



An introvert by nature but a strategist at heart, Mike doesn’t follow the crowd; he engages, seizes opportunities, and pushes others to grow. Whether he's fine-tuning an engine, perfecting his archery skills, or tending his garden, he finds joy in hands-on work. But more than anything, he’s passionate about walking alongside other men—mentoring, challenging, and leading with both tenacity and a servant’s heart.
