WORSHIP PASTOR |

NORTH FARGO

WE ARE GROWING

SO IS OUR TEAM

Our story began in 2020 when God moved Randy & Anne Hahne to Fargo, ND with a vision to start a new church in North Dakota’s fastest growing region. God has been so faithful to build His Church, and we have witnessed this from even before our first public service on 9.12.21. Over the past three years, we have celebrated the testimonies of more than one hundred baptisms, lives turned around by the Gospel, relationships forged and a growing family desiring to follow after Jesus together!

Our heart is for continuing Gospel impact in our valley! We are investing into this with the launch of our second location on September 7th, 2025.

Could this be your next step?

We are looking to add a Worship Pastor or Worship Director (WP) to our team as we launch our second physical location. We will have live worship, preaching, and kids ministry at this location and are seeking someone who will be the primary leader and champion of our culture of worship as we expand to be a Gospel presence in another part of our metro region..

About the Worship Pastor role

As Worship Pastor, you'll serve as the creative producer of our worship services and special programs. While our Location Pastor carries responsibility for setting the theme and overall direction for services, the WP will collaborate closely with them, coordinate, and oversee all the details that a service entails.

We seek a visionary leader who can both inspire and shepherd – someone who not only coordinates the technical and artistic elements of worship but also pastorally guides the ministry team. Your role will blend creative production oversight with spiritual leadership as you coordinate music, audio-visual elements, and production teams while fostering their spiritual growth.
